Creativeworks is a well-established digital creative agency based in Hong Kong with offices in Shenzhen and Barcelona. We provide integrated marketing solutions for our clients. We enrich the experience of communication between our clients and their target audiences, in a creative & digital way.

We are currently recruiting Senior Project Executive as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide enterprise project management, mainly digital marketing and e-commerce projects
  • Gather, understand and analyze business requirement from clients
  • Prepare project plan, project status; work with UX team and development team to provide high quality deliverables that meet client satisfaction
  • Prepare and review project documentations
  • Deliver innovative digital strategies to improve campaigns conversion and interactivity
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure all deliverables are done within timeline with high quality

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, E-Commerce or IT related disciplines
  • 3-5 years related working experience, preferably from a digital, creative or interactive solution agency or e-commerce service firm
  • Experience in I.T. project management with full understanding on web/mobile developments, interactive installations and other I.T. related services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure; work overtime may be required from time to time
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; business proficiency in Mandarin is required
  • Travel to PRC (mainly to our Shenzhen office) may be required occasionally
  • Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Project Executive
