We have made our first major investment in China by forming a joint-venture, China Qianhai Foodstuffs Supply Chain Co. Ltd (“CQF”), with three other investors in Shenzhen.
Incorporated in Qianhai, CQF provide integrated food supply chain management services that include sourcing, import certification and accreditation administration, logistics, import declaration, sales and distributions in China.
By investing in CQF, we have accessed to the vast opportunities of cross-border e-commerce and internet plus supply chain in China. We will be responsible for the marketing and operation of CQF.
