Executive Assistant / (Sr) Admin. Officer

Hello friends,

I am Terence Lam of Creativeworks (Linkedin). We have restructured recently to become a 4-ppl nomadic style digital agency in HK. We are expanding and making some investments and JV projects. We need an Admin. Officer / Executive Assistant / Accounting Officer / HR Officer / Assistant to CEO (please pick a title you love) to join our journey.

Duties

• Provide full range executive assistant and administrative support
• Coordinate meetings, manage business schedules and calendars
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
• Provide general accounting duties such as book-keeping
• Provide HR duties such as compensation, recruitment & etc

Requirement

• Higher Diploma
• At least 3 years relevant working experience which can bring us new insights to improve our middle/back office functions
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
• Willing to learn new methods of working
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and work independently
• Good time management and able to handle multiple assignments & work under pressure
• Active on social media (Facebook/Instagram) and the internet as we are an aggressive digital agency
• Understand what working in a small creative team really means
