Just like most of the blockchain startups, we thought that Ethereum was our home. But we were wrong. Ethereum maybe convenient for an ICO. 我們的實習生，為我們提供了源源不絕的創意及眼界。我無論如何嘗試貼地，都沒法像還在求學的學生般貼地的。我的經驗，有時候是一種枷鎖，尤其在今天瞬息萬變的世代。在教他們做事情時，其實他們給我的啟發往往是更多的，教學相長，似乎還令我變得更年輕。實習生非常適合在勞動力缺乏的香港的創新公司或初創企業。我們沒法跟有無限金錢的大企業在待遇上競爭，短期的實習職位，對我們以及求職者而言，是各取所需。若為期三個月，每月工作十天，可以達到一些甚麽里程？若是每月工作二十天，又可以做到甚麽？目標能更清楚訂立，我們作為企業能得到完整的成果，對方作為實習生亦能有完整的經驗。以我個人經驗，實習生比已投身社會工作的人，似乎更穩定。這不難理解，實習生要的是工作經驗，除非落差太大，否則很少會中途換另一份。實習期一般才是三個至六個月，予其換來換去，不如穩定完成合約更好。至於企業最擔心的工作經驗不足的問題，對我來說則完全不是問題。開發方面的工作，我們做區塊鏈或人工智能，在香港懂的人都不多，你有錢都請不到，既然都是要從頭學的，那麽由學生去學，會差得過有經驗的人去學嗎？若是社交媒體營銷的業務，更不成問題 Read more [...]
