我們的實習生,為我們提供了源源不絕的創意及眼界。我無論如何嘗試貼地,都沒法像還在求學的學生般貼地的。我的經驗,有時候是一種枷鎖,尤其在今天瞬息萬變的世代。在教他們做事情時,其實他們給我的啟發往往是更多的,教學相長,似乎還令我變得更年輕。實習生非常適合在勞動力缺乏的香港的創新公司或初創企業。我們沒法跟有無限金錢的大企業在待遇上競爭,短期的實習職位,對我們以及求職者而言,是各取所需。若為期三個月,每月工作十天,可以達到一些甚麽里程?若是每月工作二十天,又可以做到甚麽?目標能更清楚訂立,我們作為企業能得到完整的成果,對方作為實習生亦能有完整的經驗。以我個人經驗,實習生比已投身社會工作的人,似乎更穩定。這不難理解,實習生要的是工作經驗,除非落差太大,否則很少會中途換另一份。實習期一般才是三個至六個月,予其換來換去,不如穩定完成合約更好。至於企業最擔心的工作經驗不足的問題,對我來說則完全不是問題。開發方面的工作,我們做區塊鏈或人工智能,在香港懂的人都不多,你有錢都請不到,既然都是要從頭學的,那麽由學生去學,會差得過有經驗的人去學嗎?若是社交媒體營銷的業務,更不成問題 Read more [...]
